Did everyone receive the notice about our road resurfacing?
"Larimer County provides a limited scope of road maintenance to streets in county-maintained subdivisions such as ours. Required maintenance or rehabilitation beyond this limited scope is the responsibility of the property owners within the subdivision. The intent of this notice was to inform us that the streets in our subdivision have deteriorated to the point that the limited scope of maintenance provided by County is no longer effective option & will require more robust maintenance." There was more to this notice.
Fees for 2025 & 2024 are now due. The current fee is $60.00 for both years. If you paid 2024, thank you. All fee are due by July 1, 2025 for the 2024-2025 years.

This is the first letter that will go out digitally and through Post Office to all homeowners. I will not be adding the second and third notices as these will go to a few individual owners. This letter will be different for several homeowners due to the amount of their fees.
